Most programs need to fill only one line, but if your program can do not only one-way but also two-way jobs, you may need to fill the second, or the third line. For example if you have a program that can convert .WAV file to MP3, in one-way style, and at the same time, it can convert MP3 to OGG, in two-way style, then you should fill the form like this:
